Kettle Bell 45
This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization.
Yoga HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a great way to speed up your metabolism and experience the healing benefits of yoga. Roll out a mat, take off your shoes and sequence between rounds of cardio burst movements and vinyasa flow. Practice body and mind connection through breath by switching on your relaxation response during challenges. You will leave feeling invigorated, but totally at ease.
Bike & Bootcamp 60
Cardio and Strength in one class!! We will sweat on the bike as well as use the mats/weights to get a full body workout! First 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes off the bike, and end with 20 minutes back on the bike! You can't get bored in this class!
PULSE Pilates Reformers
Pilates Reformer is an invigorating fusion of classic Pilates equipment movements, fat burning cardiovascular exercises, as well as full body strength building. The key principles of Pilates core training added to more modern movements make this workout powerful. It is a full body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio. Pilates Reformer is fun and will work your body from head to toe. This class is for all levels.

Power Pulse 45 is a cycle class, but also incorporates 1-2lb weights for a small portion of the class to isolate and tone upper body muscle groups. Be entertained by music videos and track your cycling progress live on our performance tracking screens!

PULSE PACE CADETS
Training for Pittsburgh Marathon, Half Marathon, 5k, or Relay? Headed to Spring Break? Fast flats and steeper hills in this routine to help improve your running performance and burn an incredible amount of calories. Optional 15 minutes of stretch will follow- but recommended. Jan 13th- April 7th
STRENGTH CORE STRETCH
Use of dumb bells, body weight, suspension straps, and kettle bells to improve muscular strength, ignite the core and finish class with a yoga stretch to help improve flexibility and elongate tight muscles.
Boot Camp-Full Body Blast for all Levels
A full body cardiovascular and strength training workout for all fitness levels. This class will help you improve endurance, increase muscle mass, and improve overall strength and core stability. Limited class size to 18 only!
Full Body Workout!
High intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. Hand weights and other equipment will be used. 20 sec seconds of intensity followed by 10 seconds of recovery! Limited class size to 14 only! All fitness levels welcomed and modifications can be made to meet your needs by the instructor. This class is located in the back room!

Pittsburgh Aerial Silks Class
Under the direction of Holly Kirby of Pittsburgh Aerial Silks. This 60 minute class teaches you how to balance, twirl, climb, flip, suspend yourself in the fabric. You will have a ton of fun going upside down and defying gravity! This is a full body workout and so much fun! No experience is needed.
Please wear form fitting clothing that covers the lower back and back of knees (like yoga clothing). No buckles/zippers, rings, large earrings.
Bare feet in class. Ages 13yrs +/ unless approval by Holly Kirby for less than 13yrs.
Aerial Silks Class 9-12yrs old
This class is formatted for those 9-12yrs old to learn to flip, fly and soar. 30 minutes in length. Directed by Holly Kirby
