Bike & Bootcamp 60
Cardio and Strength in one class!! We will sweat on the bike as well as use the mats/weights to get a full body workout! First 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes off the bike, and end with 20 minutes back on the bike! You can't get bored in this class!
Surge Cycle 45
Cycle to the beat of music videos mixed! We will hit the hills and crush the sprints. This class will leave you smiling and sweaty at the same time! :-)
Power Pulse 45
Power Pulse 45 is like a normal Spin class, but incorporates light 1-2lb weights for a small portion of the class to isolate and tone upper body muscle groups. Be entertained by music videos and track your cycling progress live on our performance tracking screens!
Bootcamp includes strength training, core conditioning, plyometric drills and flexibility challenges. Nonstop intervals, tabata drills, and drill stations. All levels welcome as we progress from low to high intensity. Limited class size to 14 only!
Full Body Workout!
High intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. Hand weights and other equipment will be used. 20 sec seconds of intensity followed by 10 seconds of recovery! Limited class size to 12 only! All fitness levels and all can be modified to meet your needs by the instructor. This class is located in the back room!
Kettle Bell 45
This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization.

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the WOS Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
PULSE Pilates Reformers
Pilates Reformer is an invigorating fusion of classic Pilates equipment movements, fat burning cardiovascular exercises, as well as full body strength building. The key principles of Pilates core training added to more modern movements make this workout powerful. It is a full body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio. Pilates Reformer is fun and will work your body from head to toe. This class is for all levels.
30 min of spin and 30 min of core work and stretching. You will leave feeling energized!
Warm Yoga Flow
A 60 minute warm yoga flow class. You will be connecting the breath with each movement and cultivating heat in the body throughout the flow. Modifications and amplifications are offered during the class so that one can tailor the practice to their need. Core, strength, and stretching at its best!
Pilates Mat and Tower class! It's a must try! Work and stretch the FULL body! Great AB workout at it's finest!
