BEGINNER CYCLE WORKSHOP

This beginner class workshop will introduce you to PULSE, our indoor cycle classes, and help you start your fitness journey. We will provide you with proper set up on the bike, review fundamentals of the class, and help get you prepared for future classes. Feel confident! Feel comfortable! Feel the PULSE!

POWER PULSE 45

Power Pulse 45 is a cycle class, but also incorporates 1-2lb weights for a small portion of the class to isolate and tone upper body muscle groups. Be entertained by music videos and track your cycling progress live on our performance tracking screens!

POWER PILATES REFORMER

Cardio and Strength Pilates Reformer Class is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can using hand weights and the Pilates Jump-board. This class will keep students in constant motion and energized from start to finish, the class will be taught at a faster pace including jumping and hand weights for a minimum of 30-40 minutes. Followed by a cool down and traditional stretching to end class.

BIKE & BOOTCAMP 60

Cardio and Strength in one class!! We will sweat on the bike as well as use the mats/weights to get a full body workout! First 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes off the bike, and end with 20 minutes back on the bike! You can't get bored in this class!

PILATES REFORMERS

Pilates Reformer is an invigorating fusion of classic Pilates equipment movements, fat burning cardiovascular exercises, as well as full body strength building. The key principles of Pilates core training added to more modern movements make this workout powerful. It is a full body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio. Pilates Reformer is fun and will work your body from head to toe. This class is for all levels.

Strength Training Class

This class will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and body weight to define our muscles. Everyone should be adding strength to their regimen! Let's take advantage of this added class. Join Tammy Feb 17th & 25th at 10:15am!! Any class type you have will allow you to book this class.

SCULPT & FLOW YOGA

This class is a powerful vinyasa based practice, with weights added throughout the class. Sculpt and Flow brings strength training and cardio together as you connect with the mind and body. We will wind down in restorative poses.

POWER CYCLE & CRUNCH

Come enjoy our Power Pulse 45 Cycle class, with the option to stay for 15 minutes after class to get an intense AB workout!!

STRENGTH CORE STRETCH

Use of dumb bells, body weight, suspension straps, and kettle bells to improve muscular strength, ignite the core and finish class with a yoga stretch to help improve flexibility and elongate tight muscles.

PULSE PACE CADETS

Training for Pittsburgh Marathon, Half Marathon, 5k, or Relay? Headed to Spring Break? Fast flats and steeper hills in this routine to help improve your running performance and burn an incredible amount of calories. Optional 15 minutes of stretch will follow- but recommended. Jan 13th- April 7th

KETTLE BELL

This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization.

YOGA SLOW FLOW

This class will have a typical vinyasa feel with a slower pace. You will move mindfully with the breath as you build strength and balance. In this class you will focus on moving slowly and powerfully as you deepen the breath. Modifications will be offered. An excellent addition to work on strength, balance and flexibility.

BOOT CAMP- Full Body Blast for all Levels

A full body cardiovascular and strength training workout for all fitness levels. This class will help you improve endurance, increase muscle mass, and improve overall strength and core stability. Limited class size to 18 only!

TABATA 45

Full Body Workout!
High intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. Hand weights and other equipment will be used. 20 sec seconds of intensity followed by 10 seconds of recovery! Limited class size to 14 only! All fitness levels welcomed and modifications can be made to meet your needs by the instructor. This class is located in the back room!

SADDLE & SIP POWER CYCLE 45

KIDS CONDITIONING AT PULSE

Kids class ages 9-13 yrs old. This class is geared towards creating a health conscious younger generation. We will work on form and technique while building strength and having fun!
Class limited.
